Fine & Gross Leak Testing

Fine and gross leak testing of your hermetically sealed packages are completed as per MIL-STD-883 and MIL-STD-750.

We can utilize a high boiling temperature (> 250℃) oil for gross leaks or a Helium Mass Spectrometer detection system for fine leak testing.
